Litigation Law

Litigation law refers to the set of rules, practices and laws that surround the resolution of disputes in each national court system. Litigation law is often associated with tort cases, either crimes or misdemeanors relating to criminal law, but litigation can arise in all kinds of cases, for example, contested divorces, child custody, neighborhood issues, eviction procedures in tenancy law or dismissal in labor law. If the term is often associated with "trials", litigation law begins well before trial, and can even be resolved through negotiation or mediation, without a judge or trial, which is strongly recommended.
